Niektorzy pewnie mysla, smieszny tytul tego posta, odezwala sie stara! :D Kilka dni temu skonczylam 25 lat, czyli cwierc wieku... Nawiazujac do tytulu mojego posta biologicznie jestem mloda osoba, nie wiem natomiast czy wygladam na swoj wiek, czy wygladam mlodziej, czy starzej i powazniej... W Stanach w zasadzie ciagle spotykam sie z milymi komplementami, ze wygladam mlodziutko i w zasadzie nie bylo chyba jeszcze ani jednego razu, kiedy nie zapytano by mnie o dowod osobisty przy zakupie napojow alkoholowych tutaj... Fakt, ze w Stanach sa strasznie przewrazliwieni na temat sprzedazy alkoholu osobom mlodo wygldajacym (tutaj alkohol legalnie mozna kupic po ukonczeniu 21 roku zycia), ale fakt samego zapytania o dowod od razu odmladza i tak milo sie czlowiekowi robi, zwlaszcza, ze czas leci nieublagalnie, dopiero co wydawalo mi sie, ze mam 18 lat, a tu juz 25 za pasem... Przed ukonczeniem 18 roku zycia tak mi sie te lata dluzyly i w szkole, i do 18stki, a teraz najchetniej zatrzymalabym czas, zeby miec wiecznie te 25 :D ale to chyba zadna nowosc, podejrzewam, ze kazdy by tak chcial, byc mlodym, pieknym, zdrowym i najlepiej zyc wiecznie :D a co? :D Czasu nie da sie zatrzymac, ale zdrowie, mlodosc i zycie mozna sobie skutecznie przedluzyc jak sie ma wystarczajaco duzo samozaparcia, motywacji i wiedzy na temat zdrowego trybu zycia, bez ktorego nie da sie pozyc dlugo na tym swiecie... Jak zapewne wiecie miedzy innymi z postu z zeszlego roku jak bardzo przywiazuje wage do tego co jem, jak jem, jakie napoje spozywam, czy wykonuje wystarczajaca ilosc cwiczen oraz jakie cwiczenia wykonuje, a wszystko po to byc wlasnie cieszyc sie nie tylko mlody wygladem przez dlugi czas, ale i zdrowiem... Takim chodzacym przykladem wiecznej mlodosci jest dla mnie babcia mojego meza, ktora ma 86 lat i wyglada oraz czuje sie kwitnaco! Ona nigdy nie narzeka na zdrowie, na brak energii i sily! Kiedy do niej dzwonimy i pytamy jak sie ma, jak sie czuje zawsze odpowiada "a bardzo dobrze!", czasami dodaje jeszcze "ja jestem juz w powaznym wieku, ale jakbym narzekala to bym zgrzeszyla". Babcia co drugi dzien chodzi na fitness, jest wegetarianka, caly czas jezdzi samochodem, mieszka sama i ze wszystkim radzi sobie sama, a przy tym jest niezwykla optymistka i bardzo gleboko wierzaca osoba. Oto zywy przyklad, ze polaczenie tych wszystkich wyzej wymienionych elementow naprawde moze podniesc jakosc naszego zycia i przedluzyc je. Im szybciej zrozumiemy to i zdrowy styl zycia stanie sie naszym nawykiem tym lepiej dla nas. Babcia mojego meza przestala jesc mieso w wieku 30 lat, wiec nie dotyka juz produktow tego typu przez ponad 50 lat, bo mowi, ze mieso to padlina. Jak wiecie z tego postu ja tez co raz to bardziej eliminuje produkty miesne z mojej diety. Co tu duzo mowic w domu nie przyrzadzam miesa juz w ogole, wszelkie posilki, ktore spozywamy w ciagu calego tygodnia sa wegansko-wegetarianskie. Ostatni raz przyrzadzalam mieso na grilla jakies trzy tygodnie temu, kiedy mielismy gosci z wizytacja i moj maz smial sie, ze kupe padliny w naszej lodowce dzis, jak nigdy :D We wspomnianych wczesniej postach rozpisywalam sie co jem i co robie, zeby byc zdrowa osoba, dzisiaj na dodatek chce napisac kilka slow z tytulu, czyli o jodze i o piciu czerwonego winia, bo sa to sporty, eliksiry mlodosci, ktore regularnie uprawiam!
Czerwone wino w naszym domu kupowane jest litrami... Moj maz srednio lubi czerwone wino, ale ze wzgledow zdrowotnych kilka razy w tygodniu wypija do obiadu mala lampke czerwonego wina. Kupujemy czerwone, wytrawne wino ze szczepu MERLOT. Jest to rodzaj wina, ktore lubie absolutnie najbardziej. Uwielbiam wziac do reki piekny kielich i rozkoszowac sie tym niesamowitym, przepysznym smakiem, majac jeszcze swiadomosc, ze duzo dobrego w tym momencie dzieje sie dla mojego ciala i umyslu!

W koncu wino, mimo, ze smak ma przepyszny to tez alkohol:) Zaden inny alkohol nie jest tak korzystny dla naszego zdrowia jak wino... zadna wodka, zaden bimber, nawet piwo, a tym bardziej puste bomby kaloryczne w postaci kolorowych drinkow...:D
Teraz kilka slow o jodze...
W poniedzialki i w srody na godzine 8:30 rano chodze na joge w YMCA, ktora prowadzi swietny instruktor LEO. Joga, ktora tam praktykujemy to miks roznych rodzajow jogi, co mi najbardziej pasuje. Przekonalam sie, ze joga zawsze byla sportem, ktory mi odpowiadal, ale uprawiana rano daje podwojnego kopa energii na caly dzien. Pamietajcie, ze sport to zdrowie i doskonaly antydepresant! Nie raz tak mi sie nie chce wstac rano, ze pojsc na silownie, albo pobiegac, albo poplywac... ale jak tego nie zrobie to mam caly "rozwalony" dzien przez moja psychike, ktora raz, ze ma wyrzuty sumienia, ze dzis nie pocwiczyla, a po drugie po prostu gorzej sie czuje bez aktywnosci fizycznej, mniej endorfin sie wydziela...:) Osoby, ktore sa bardzo aktywne fizycznie na pewno rozumieja o czym wlasnie napisalam:)

Nie jest tez to do konca taki latwy sport, jak niektorzy sobie mysla, ze sie troche porozciagam i tyle... Czasami na jodze mozna sie porzadnie zmeczyc, ale potem jaka radosc! Nie zrazajcie sie tylko do boju!

Some people probably think it is a funny title of this post, made by really old person! :D I turned 25 years old, which is a quarter century a couple days ago... Referring to the title of my post biologically I am a young person. However, I am not sure if I look like my real age is, younger or older and more serious... Here in the US I experience all the time nice compliments, that I look very young, and there was no one situation, when somebody did not ask me about my ID while buying an alcohol... The fact is that in the US everybody is extremely oversensitive on selling alcohol to people, who look young (In the US you need to be 21 to buy an alcohol), but it is still very nice when somebody is asking you about your ID, you just feel young, and good, especially that time flies inexorably. I just thought I am 18 years old, but I do not know when it happened that I am going to be 25 years old very soon... Before I turned 18 years old time was dragging on horribly... I could not wait when I will turn 18 years old, and when school finally will be over, but now I would prefer to stop the time, and be eternally 25 years old :D It is nothing new what I am saying here, I think that everybody would love to young, beautiful, healthy and live forever :D Why not? You can not stop the time, but you can effectively extend health, youth, and life. You just need to be enough self-disciplined, motivated, and have some knowledge about healthy life style, which you can not live long without... As you probably know from the post from last year I pay a lot of attention to what I eat, how I eat, what I drink, if I work out enough, what kind of exercises I do, and all of these to enjoy not a good look for a long time, but also to stay healthy... A walking example of eternal youth is my husband grandmother, who is 86 years old, ans she looks, and feels great! She never complains about her health or lack of energy! She always says that we call to her and ash her how is she doing, sometimes she also says that she is in a serious age, but I she did complain, she would simply sin. She goes for fitness every other day. She is vegetarian, and still driving a car. She lives alone, and she takes care of herself. She is a very optimistic, and religious person. This is a living example, that connection of all components mentioned above can improve quality of our live, and extend it. The sooner we realize that, and healthy life style will become our habit it is better for us. My husband grandmother stopped to eat meat, when she was 30 years old, so she does not touch this kind of products for more than 50 years by now, because she says that meat is a carrion. As you know from this post I eliminate more and more of meat from my diet. What can I say... I do not prepare meat at home at all, most of the meals, that we eat during the week are vegan/vegetarian. Last time I prepared meat for grill about three weeks ago, when we had guests, and my husband was laughing that lot of carrion we have today in our fridge like never :D I was writing in posts mentioned earlier what I eat, and what I do to stay healthy. Today, additionally, I would like to write a few words about yoga, drinking red wine, sports, and elixirs of youth which I regularly do! :D
We buy red wine for our house in liters... My husband does not like red wine so much, but for healthy reasons he drinks a small glass for dinner, couple times a week. We buy red, dry wine from MERLOT strain. I absolutely love this kind of wine. I love to take a pretty glass of wine to my hand, and enjoy delicious taste, same time knowing and now lot of good things is going on for my body, and mind!
"Wine is the noblest among beverages, medicines among the tastiest and most enjoyable among the foods", this is what a Greek thinker Plutarchos said about this beverage.
Properties of red wine:
* It contains 10 times more antioxidants than white wine, and these compounds are responsible for combating free radicals, which are responsible for aging cells
* contains calcium, magnesium and potassium, some species of red wine also provide organic acids, amino acids, soluble dietary fiber and iron
* protects against atherosclerosis and thrombosis
* protects against coronary disease
* regulates blood pressure, is an ally in the treatment of hypertension
* nourishes the heart, reduces the risk of ischemic organ
* improves work and innervation of the digestive system
* accelerates the digestion of fats
* reduces the risk of gallstones
* increases resistance to the action of digestive acids
* improving the work of the kidneys
* bactericidal activity
* improves memory
* healthy teeth
* reduces the risk of cancer
* lowers cholesterol
As you see there is a lot of positive aspects if drinking red wine! Drink in moderation! At the end even though wine has a delicious taste it's still alcohol:) Any other alcohol is not that beneficial for your health as wine... any vodka, any hooch, even beer and also empty calories bombs such as colorful drink cocktails....:D
Now, let's say a few words about yoga...
Mondays, and Wednesdays at 8:30 I go for yoga classes at YMCA, with a great instructor, who's name is LEO. Yoga, which we practice it is a mix of different kinds of yoga, which I like a lot. I realized, that yoga was a sport, that I always liked, but practicing yoga in the morning gives a double shot of energy for all day. You need to remember that sport is a health, and great antidepressant! There is no one time, when I do not want to wake up in the morning and go to the gym, running or swimming... but if I don't do that my whole day is destroyed by my sanity, which has remorse, and I just simply feel worse without physical activity, less emanation of endorphin...:) People, who are very physically active for sure understand what I just wrote:)

* it improves the cardiovascular system, equalize
* relieving the spine by stretching and strengthens the skeletal system
* man ceases to slouch and contort spine
* shaped silhouette full of grace
* great affects the nervous system, relieve anxiety, depression, chronic stress
* it provides longevity (while performing exercises the body relaxes and regenerates cells are well oxygenated and are forced to activity by which the aging process is delayed)
* adds energy
* regulates metabolism, preventing the formation of fat
* practice breathing, which is very important in yoga soothes nerves
* shapes the self-discipline

I highly recommend you to try yoga! It is a really great sport, which brings whole bunch of benefits for body and mind! It is not exactly that easy sport as some people think, that you will stretch a little bit, and that's it... Sometimes you can get really tired, while doing yoga, but then there is a big joy! Don't be discouraged, just do it!

Chociaz ja najbardziej lubie praktykowac joge pod okiem instruktora, twarza w twarz, to nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie, aby korzystac z ksiazek oraz plyt DVD po to by uprawiac joge w domu.
