No i jak zwykle ostatnio troche czasu minelo zanim wrocilam tutaj...:) Jak wspominalam w poprzednim poscie ten semestr w szkole nie bedzie nalezal do najlatwiejszych...i sie nie pomylilam... Poprzedni semestr to bylo nic w porownaniu z tym... Spedzam bardzo duzo czasu na nauce, wrecz troche sie ciesze, ze moj maz zarabia obecnie pieniadze w Teksasie, poniewaz wracam do domu, szybko cos zjem i siadam do biurka i zakuwam 😃 Taki troche studencki tryb zycia, ale bez imprez. Nie jest latwo, duzo sie ucze, ale wyglada na to, ze jak czlowiek sie uczy to wszystko staje sie latwiejsze i bardziej zrozumiale 😃 Mialam juz trzy egzaminy, laboratoria, dwie duze prace pisemne i nie mam nizszej oceny niz A lub B (odpowiedniki polskich 4 i 5), czyli jest bardzo dobrze. Jak rowniez wspomnialam w poprzednim poscie zostalam zaproszona do National Society of Leadership and Success (Narodowa Wspolnota Przywodztwa i Sukcesu). Jest to elitarna grupa skladajaca sie tylko z najlepszych studentow, ktora dostaje szanse na stypendia, spotkania ze znanymi ludzmi z calych Stanow od ktorych dostajemy szanse uczenia sie jak osiagnac sukces zawodowy, inne szkolenia i aktywnosci w ramach Success Networking Team. Przynaleznosc i otrzymanie dyplomu od tej organizacji mozemy wpisac sobie w CV, jest to mniej wiecej tyle wazne i tyle warte... Dobre oceny to dopiero poczatek przynaleznosci tam... Potem trzeba jeszcze uczeszczac na spotkania Success Networking Team (moj zespol sklada sie z szesciu osob) gdzie ustalamy sobie cele krotko terminowe i dlugo terminowe, sposoby ich realizacji i wzajemnie sie wspieramy w wytrwaniu w tych celach... Sposob naszej pracy jest oceniany i akceptowany lub nie przez naszego doradce. Jednym z warunkow otrzymania dyplomu jest szkolenie dla przywodcow, a takze wyklady w tym semestrze z Genevieve Thiers, Richard Branson i Wendy Williams. Oprocz nauki w ramach zajec jak widzicie mam jeszcze troche innych zajec do realizacji, a tu jeszcze dom, sprzatanie, gotowanie i kiedys trzeba spac...:) No ale nic, mam nadzieje, ze to zaprocentuje w postaci dobrego, amerykanskiego dyplomu! :)
30 wrzesnia w mojej szkole odbedzie sie HOMECOMING Parade (Powrot do domu), coroczna tradycja w Stanach Zjednoczonych Ameryki. Mieszkancy miast, byli uczniowie szkol spotykaja sie (zwykle pod koniec wrzesnia lub pazdziernika) by powitac w rodzinnym miescie, czy szkole tych ktorzy sie wyprowadzili lub absolwentow. W tym roku ja bede szla na czele parady rzucajac cukierkami 😃
W przyszlym tygodniu lece do Teksasu, odwiedzic mojego meza i spedzic z nim moja jesienna przerwe, ale jak patrze w moj kalendarz to opalajac sie nad basenem bede pewnie czytac psychologie zaburzen psychicznych albo psychologie osobowosci! :D

Hi!
As always it had to take some time before I got back here...:) As I mentioned in previous post this semester at my school is not going to be the easiest one, and I was not wrong at all.... The previous semester it was nothing comparing to this one... I spend a lot of time on studying... I am even a little bit happy that my husband is currently making money in Texas because I come back home, I eat something and I sit at my desk, and I study hard 😃 It is kind of student life, but no party. It is not easy, but it looks like when a person studies that much everything seems to be easier and more understandable 😃 I already had three exams, laboratories, two big written papers and I did not earn any lower grade than A and B which is great! As I also mentioned in previous post I was invited to National Society of Leadership and Success. It is an elite group which consists of best students. Students who belong there get a chance for scholarships, meeting well known people from around the United States who succeed in their careers and now we get a chance to learn from there. We can also take part in other training and Success Networking Team meetings and activities. You can put the information about your membership in this organization on your resume. It is basically what it's worth since it is a very well known and prestige organization in the United States of America. Good grades are just a beginning of the adventure with this group... You also need to attend Success Networking Team meetings where you set your short term goals and long term goals, you write down the plan how you are going to fulfill your goals and you discuss them with the rest of the group. The way how we work to make our goals come true is judged and approved or not by our adviser. Another condition to get diploma from NSLS is attending a leadership training and speaker broadcasts. Broadcasts that we will have opportunity to attend this semester are with Genevieve Thiers, Richard Branson and Wendy Williams. You easily see that despite the fact of studying for regular classes I also have another additional duties, and I still have house, cooking, and cleaning, and I still need to sleep...:) Eh... I just hope that it all will result in a good American degree! :)
HOMECOMING Parade will be held on September 30th at my school. It is annual tradition in the United States of America. Residents of the town and graduates meet usually at the end of September or October to welcome in hometown or school those people or students who moved away. This year I am going to be at the head of the parade throwing candies 😃
Next week I am will fly to Texas to visit my husband and spend with him my fall break, but when I look into my calendar it seems like I am going to study Abnormal Psychology or Psychology of Personality while sitting at swimming pool! :)
