Milego tygodnia!

Hi!
Our neighbor John invited us yesterday for Irish Reuben Sandwich on the the occasion of St. Patrick's Day. John served us also an Irish soup called Vault and shamrock shake (mint shake with chocolate cookies). The whole meal as always was complemented by wine and Irish beer Guinness. John counted the blunder because he invited for the party my friends from Nepal. Meat in Reuben Sandwich is a beef, and Nepalese do not eat beef because of their religion beliefs (Hindu and Buddhism). A cow in their religion is presented as a God. Anjali, Pema, and Bischal found out that they accidentally ate beef right after they consumed sandwiches. John totally forgot about it, but we turned everything into a joke, and I said that at least Nepalese will never forget their first Irish sandwich. As always it was a very nice, and delicious event! We were sitting in front of the open balcony window and we were breathing the fresh spring air... Yes after last week blizzard it looks like spring is coming because it got really warmer... I feel a spring fatigue and I can not wait for a longer leisure:)
Have a nice week!

Nepalczycy to niesamowicie mili i uczynni ludzie!
W Nepalu nawet gdy jest sie zapraszanym to aktywnie uczestniczy sie w przygototwaniu dan, zabawie i sprzataniu. Na tym zdjeciu Anjali i Pemma myja naczynia, a Bischal wyciera je.
Nepalese are very nice and helpful people!
In Nepal even if they are invited to the party, they take active part in preparing food, parting, and then cleaning. On this picture Anjali and Pemma are doing dishes and Bischal is drying them.
